TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2025
By Augustino Neto Kremar, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Kurema Alera alias Mathayo Kramer Albert, who died at Maseno Hospital in Kenya, on 20th June, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E438 OF 2025
By Lilian Jesca Tom, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elikana Khayundi Maniale alias Mukoya Amaniale, who died at Esabalu, on 10th December, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Jona Odingo Kerongoso, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan Mulela Kilongoso, who died at Magui Sub- location, on 25th December, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2026
By Agnetta Arono Ndenga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Obudo Mukaka who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 10th December, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
