TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E465 OF 2025
By James Olweny Ademi, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otioma Olweny Espat alias Otioma O. Espat, who died on 8th September, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E745 OF 2025
By (1) Claris Awuor Oleich, (2) Alice Adhiambo Ahoa and (3) Joseph Edward Agingu Oleich, the deceased’s widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Oliech Sigu alias Francis Fanuel Oliech Sigu, who died on 1st May, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
