TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2025
By Olal Adiyo Desmond, of P.O. Box 1434-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Adiyo Olal, who died on 27th July, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E506 OF 2025
By Jeconia Cheche Ochola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jorim Ochola Osura alias Ochola Osura, who died on 3rd May, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
