TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E41 of 2026
By (1) Cecile Madeline Biant and (2) Leela Cecile Biant, both of P.O. Box 80483- 80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for sealing of a grant of probate to the estate of Surinder Singh Biant, who died at 21, Elmpark Vale Rochdale OL12 7JP, United Kingdom, on 2nd November, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
