PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By (1) Catherine Njeri Karori, (2) Caroline Wanjiku Karori and (3) Martin Njoroge Karori, all of P.O. Box 53133- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Kabuiya Karori, who died at Thingidua, on 7th August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
