TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2026
By Joshua Letela, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Letela Louavah, who died at Kajiado County Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2026
By Agnes Seneya Lekaipei, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lekaipei ole Senter, who died at Kibiko, on 7th April, 2018.
CAUSE NO. 57A OF 2026
By (1) Saidimu ole Paseko Koyieyo, (2) Dickson Kikeni Paseko, (3) Raphael Siyiangot Paseko and (4) Nakae Paseko Koyieyo, the deceased’s sons and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paseko ole Koyieyo Dokony, who died at Oiti, on 20th April, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
