TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2020
By Ongachi B. Matindo, of P.O. Box 30-30106, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Liayuka Matindo, who died at Mbagara Sublocation, on 14th February, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E457 OF 2026
By Solome Kabeveka Kigalo, of P.O. Box 17, Chavakali in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Indeche Shikalo alias Indachi Shikalo, who died at Ivonda Sub-location, on 24th August, 2004.

By (1) Keith Gitonga Githaya and (2) Stacy Mwihaki Githiaya, both of P.O. Box 621, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wanjiru Githiaya, who died at Kisumu Maxcure Hospital in Kenya, on 19th February, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
