PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2020
By Stella Nayell Nanok, of P.O. Box 1812-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucia Warigia Mwangi, who died at Losogwa, on 5th July, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2026
By (1) Daniel Mathenge Muthondio and (2) David Ndimia Muthondio, both of P.O. Box 31-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Muthondio Gachuiga, who died at Mung’etho Sublocation, on 10th February, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
