TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Ngethe Ndoro, (2) Samuel Ngethe Ndoro, (3) Joseph Munga Ndoro and (4) Bernard Mburu Ndoro, all of P.O. Box 20, Subukia in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ndoro Ngethe, who died at Kahuru, on 4th October, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2026
By Francis Nderitu Ndirangu, of P.O. Box 80, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felister Wambui Gathogo alias Peris Wanjiku Gathogo, who died at Ol Kalou Hospital in Kenya, on 27th March, 1988.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
