CAUSE NO. E177 OF 2024
By Alice Njeri Muturi, of P.O. Box 80, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Muturi Karanja, who died along Thika-Nairobi Road, on 30th May, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2026
By Muriithi Ndiwiga, of P.O. Box 3-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jones Ruguuru Ndiwiga, who died at Gatituri Sub-location, on 27th August, 2023.

By (1) Dennis Muturi Njagi and (2) Edith Karimi Njagi, both of P.O. Box 2119, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Njagi Kathuri, who died at Ngandori, on 19th November, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
