CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2025
By (1) Charles Michobo Gitau and (2) Lucy Njahira Gitau, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gibson Gitau Michobo, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 8th August, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2025
By Harry Truman Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 14102-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Odhiambo Akong’o Anyango alias Walter Odhiambo Anyango, who died at Mater Misericordiae Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By (1) Geoffrey Njenga Kariuki and (2) Margret Wanjiru Wanjiku, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felix Kariuki Ngugi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 28th October, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
