TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2025
By Justus Gekonge Ongweso, of P.O. Box 252, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Kemuma Ongweso alias Malita Kemuma Ongweso, who died at Molo, on 4th August, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By (1) Stanley Karanjah Mbuthia and (2) Virginia Waithera Mbuthia, both of P.O. Box 128, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Mbuthia Thuo, who died at Turi Sublocation, on 9th January, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2026
By Mary Wangui Muniu, of P.O. Box 320, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Gichuhi Githua, who died at Lano, Molo, on 19th August, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
