CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2024
By Johana Kipkinyor Bonet, of P.O. Box 2392, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapkoiyo Chepkoskei Malakweni alias Chepkosgei Topkoyo Malakwen, who died at Kitale District Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd March, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E157 OF 2025
By John Kimely Birech, of P.O. Box 7726-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Chesang Cheminor Malakwen, who died at St. Luke Hospital in Kenya, on 13th December, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
