TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2025
By (1) Johana Ikhumwa Matendechere and (2) David Ambani Ikhumwa, both of P.O. Box 30105-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Berita Khaleji, who died at Likuyani Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 19th February, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E273 OF 2025
By (1) John Kaniri Ndirangu and (2) Paul Mwangi Kimani, through Messrs. Chepchumba Rose & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndirangu Wagachira, who died at Kihingo, on 24th November, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
