TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2026
By Ben Nyangoto Okongo Ogake, of P.O. Box 3449-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Khasiala Musonye alias Jane K. M. Ogake, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 21st December, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2026
By (1) Jane Waithera Nduingu and (2) John Ngugi Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 11069-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mbugua Ngugi, who died at Moi Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 28th December, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
