TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E362 OF 2025
By Michael Juma Ochola, of P.O. Box 70, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochola Taro, who died at Koyolo, on 27th January, 1989.
CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2026
By Rael Atieno Undo, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ouko Ouko, who died at Kamagawi, on 10th June, 1984.
CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2026
By Rael Atieno Undo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamuthe Ouko alias Andericus Nyamuthe Ouko, who died at Kamagawi, on 14th May, 2002.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
