PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By (1) Swaleh Hussein Swaleh Sherman and (2) Mohammed Hussein Swaleh Sherman, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hussein Swaleh Said Sherman, who died on 25th April, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By (1) Saleh Mohamed Swaleh and (2) Barika Mohamed Said, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Swaleh Sherman Sherman, who died on 27th May, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
