TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By (1) Naomi Njeri Ndungu, (2) Anthony Burugu and (3) Martin Githuku Njuguna, all of P.O. Box 1853- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brothers, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Kariuki Njuguna, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 20th December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By (1) Esther Wanjiku Ngugi and (2) John Thande Kimani, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kimani Thande, who died at Kiambaa, on 29th December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By (1) Sarah Wairimu Njoroge and (2) William Njoroge Kamaru, both of P.O. Box 352- 00605, Uthiru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Njoroge Kamaru, who died at Kinoo 87, on 16th January, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
