TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2026
By (1) Chris Muthee Wambugu, (2) Mwaragania Clarke Wambugu and (3) Nyambura Wambugu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Ngima Wambugu, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 14th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2026
By Anne Jerono Jose, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jose George Kandathil, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 12th February, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
