TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2026
By (1) Rose Chepkorir and (2) Reuben Kipyegon Ruttoth, both of P.O. Box 94, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheruiyot arap Towett alias Cheruoyot arap Towett, who died at Kapliyo Sub- location, on 3rd May, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2026
By (1) Emmy Chepkemoi Kirui and (2) William Cheruiyot Bett, both of P.O. Box 20, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Nguluu alias Johana Kipkurui Nguluu, who died at Kaplong, on 27th August, 1978.
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2026
By (1) Emmy Chepkemoi Kirui and (2) William Cheruiyot Bett, both of P.O. Box 20, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Kibet Kirui, who died at Sotik, on 16th March, 1995.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
