TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E247 OF 2026
By (1) Rita Owano Koki and (2) Josina Kageha Chogo, both of P.O. Box 55, Wodanga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Obiero Chogo, who died at Mudete Sub- location, on 17th September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E259 OF 2026
By Wycliffe Kedogo Ganira, of P.O. Box 1332, Maragoli in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Catherine Kavosa Ganira, who died at Katani Hospital in Kenya, on 25th August, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E322 OF 2026
By Mary Lihemo Mumu, of P.O. Box 159, Bukura in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Mumu Khaumbi alias Ernest Mumu Khayumbi, who died at Mudano, on 22nd March, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
