By Aurgation Ariong Kwoba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kwoba Oluru, who died at Nambale, on 30th December, 1983.
CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2026
By Charles Wafula Makokha, of P.O. Box 14-50400, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domiano Seiber Makkha alias Doniano Siebera Makokha, who died at Nang’oma Sub-location, on 29th October, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2026
By Vitalis Onyango Juma, of P.O. Box 23, Fuyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Morris Juma, who died at Ludacho Sub-location, on 12th December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E217 OF 2026
By (1) Benson Otieno Wanzala, (2) Gilbert Barasa Silongo and (3) Peter Oduori Omoto, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jared Wanzala Wandera, who died at District Hospital, Busia in Kenya, on 13th September, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
