CAUSE NO. E374 OF 2025
By Patrick Bwire Oloo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Bwire Oloo, who died at Port Victoria Hospital in Kenya, on 11th June, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E377 OF 2025
By Alfred Ouma Obonyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karani Opili, who died at Bugegni, on 10th May, 1985.
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By Nicholas Owino Okwero, of P.O. Box 210, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nawinyi Sambuli Michael, who died on 16th August, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2026
By Janifefa Akinyi Rapenda, of P.O. Box 210, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rapenda Odanyiro alias Rapenda Odanyiro Odida, who died at Esikoma, on 11th October, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
