TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2025
By Moses Muiruri Ng’ang’a, of P.O. Box 30916- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Nganga Gathiru, who died at Nairobi, on 16th August, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2025
By (1) George Njogo Muhia and (2) Naomi Wangari Njogo, the deceased’s widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Muthoni Njogo, who died at Dumberi, Kiambu, on 20th August, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2025
By (1) Gladys Njoki Gituku and (2) John Kimari Gituku, both of P.O. Box 46, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Gituku Kimari alias Gituku Kimari alias Gituku Kimari “B”, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 26th November, 2019.

By Serah Wairimu Ndungu, of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Ndungu Murathe, who died at Njoro Karuri, on 23rd February, 2025.

By (1) Benard Njuguna Gichuki and (2) Joyce Wangari Gichuki, both of P.O. Box 250- 00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Gichuki Kinyanjui, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 25th September, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
