PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2026
By Martin Kamau Wairimu, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wairimu Kiru, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2026
By (1) Jane Wanjiru Njoroge and (2) Kevin Karanja Njoroge, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Njoroge Nduru, who died at Mombely, on 4th March, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
