TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E434 OF 2024
By (1) Consolata Wambui Goyia and (2) Janepher Chepchumba Rutto, both of P.O. Box 114, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Kariuki Mbai alias Alfred K. Mbai alias Mbai Alfred Kariuki, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th January, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E406 OF 2025
By Milkah Wanjiku Gachihi, of P.O. Box 293, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gachihi Nyaguanji, who died at Ihithe, on 9th June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
