CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2026
By Joseph Muchiri Ngungu, of P.O. Box 62, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbungu Mabu alias Ngungu Mabu, who died at Rukenya, on 14th October, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2026
By Beatrice Wambui Jackson, of P.O. Box 31, Kutus in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Njuki Ndaburu, who died at Kangu, on 6th February, 2026.
CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2026
By Alice Wawira Kareithi, of P.O. Box 70, Wang’uru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kareithi Muchiru Ndwiga alias Kareithi Muchiku Ndwiga, who died at Kimbimbi Sub- county, on 26th October, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
