TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E265 OF 2025
By (1) Jamleck Ndung’u Mwangi and (2) Peter Ndungu Njonge, both of P.O. Box 60, Murang’a in Kenya, the deceased’s nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiongo Waihiga, who died at Township Ward in 1964.
CAUSE NO. E447 OF 2025
By Elizabeth Njeri Njuguna, of P.O. Box 1- 01034, Kandara in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Njuguna Mburu, who died at Gitara Sub- location, on 15th October, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
