TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2026
By Muthuri Ezekiel Murungi, of P.O. Box 491- 60600, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthanya John, who died at Mikinduri Health Centre, on 21st October, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2026
By Purity Karambu, of P.O. Box 2997- 60200, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Mburugu Gitobu, who died on 14th December, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
