IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT KANGUNDO
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2025
By (1) Simon Usyu Mutisya and (2) Mwikali Mutisya, both of P.O. Box 1016- 90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Mutisya Simon Usyu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 15th January, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2026
By Joseph Musyoka Munguti, of P.O. Box 1011, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munguti Kitindio, who died at Mbilini, on 29th June, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
