TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2025
By Washington Mpaye Sekut, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Washington Mpaye Sekut, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd May, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2025
By (1) Moses Natu and (2) Amos Keenche Tapeet, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapi ole Natu, who died at Kisaju Sub- location, on 21st April, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By (1) Kenneth Kiritu Nduangi and (2) Elizabeth Wanja Nduangi, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Muthoni Kamau, who died at Mathari Hospital in Kenya, on 10th August, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
