By Jacob Mafuta Ngutuku, of P.O. Box 2452- 30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Mafuta Ngutuku, who died on 18th May, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2026
By (1) Julius Kipketer, (2) David Kiplagat Bitok and (3) Salome Chepkorir Bore, all of P.O. Box 556- 30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Kibitok arap Rotich, who died on 1st January, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2026
By Wilson Kiplel Sawe, of P.O. Box 11- 30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sawe Kimeto Lelei, who died on 13th August, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
