TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2025
By Jepkocch Morong, of P.O. Box 1276- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malakwen arap Morong, who died at Lemook, on 2nd March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E312 OF 2025
By (1) Mary Wairimu Kamau and (2) Rose Nduta Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 677- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiru Njoroge, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya.
CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2026
By John Cherono Soti, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Soti Cherono, who died at Sosio, on 28th July, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2026
By (1) Selina Jerono Maguli and (2) Zipporah Chemutai, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptarus arap Yego, who died at Moi’s Bridge Sublocation, on 20th March, 2000.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
