Box 148- 30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptoo arap Mosbei alias Kiptoo Kapkeben Mosbei, who died at Chelabal Village, on 11th January, 1990.
