TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2026
By Leunida Atieno Oriyo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamlus Oriyo Okech, who died at Nyajouk Sub-location, on 23rd December, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2026
By Alfred Onyango Okola, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oteng’o w/o Ochieng alias Otengo Ochieng, who died at Masumbi Location, on 2nd August, 1995.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
