CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2025
By Nzije Ndewa Chemwaga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ndewa Chimwaga, who died on 24th September, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2026
By (1) Elvin Mbodze Nyalc, (2) Nathaniel Rashid Chiko, (3) Kelvin Ngala Rashid and (4) Mwamuye Rashid Charanga, the deceased’s daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charunga Rashid Mongo, who died on 5th December, 2002.

By (1) Kazo Katana Mwajuma and (2) Safari Fondo Katana, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Mwaduma Said, who died on 12th May, 2005.

By (1) Sidi Katana Tsutsu and (2) Kadzo Katana Tsutsu, the widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Tsutsu Kalume, who died on 8th December, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
