IN THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT KIGUMO
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2025
By (1) Hagagh Wambui Muthuo and (2) Ronah Nyambura Munyinyi, both of P.O. Box 1396-00618, Ruaraka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Nduma Muthuo, who died at Komu, Makongeni, on 20th June, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
