By Catherine Njeri Maato, of P.O. Box 21686-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiru Wanyinyi alias Wanjiru Nyingi, who died at Karinga, Kenya, on 14th March, 1990.

By (1) Joseph Thiong’o Magua and (2) John Chege Magwa, both of P.O. Box 21686-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magwa Thiongo alias Magwa Thiong’o alias Rufus Magua Thiongo, who died at Kinyona, on 14th February, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2026
By (1) Samuel Mwangi Munyua and (2) Jotham Maina Munyua, both of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyua Kinuthia, who died at Kangari Sub-location, on 16th November, 1999.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
