TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E440 OF 2025
By Kennedy Ochieng Juma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okoro Amenya, who died at Marera Sub-location, on 7th June, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2026
By (1) Jael Anyango Opiyo and (2) Catherine Awino Kawanga, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Otieno Adero, who died on 24th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2026
By (1) Samuel Ogada Rachilo and (2) Lydia Akoth Ouma, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phoebe Aida Rachilo, who died on 4th October, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E178 OF 2026
By Enos Ombok Dawa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Ombok Dawa, who died on 8th September, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
