TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2026
By (1) Rose Atieno Nyamwaya and (2) Dennis Ouma Nyamwaya, both of P.O. Box 27, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moris Otieno Oroche, who died at Kanyadhian, on 6th August, 2000.

By Rose Adhiambo Onyango, of P.O. Box 549, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Obuya Otieno, who died at Kanam, on 17th September, 2000.

By Helen Akinyi Magayi, of P.O. Box 27, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Migayi Odero, who died at Kamwala Sub-location, on 26th September, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
