TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By Milka Auma Ochieng, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Obunga Obudho alias Obunga Obudho, who died on 1st March, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By (1) George Onyango Audo, (2) Barack Omondi Opiyo and (3) Eunice Awino Osawa, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Danson Mbuya Osita alias Mbuya Osita, who died on 16th March, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026
By Victor Ooko Otieno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Aluodo Manyika, who died on 14th October, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2026
By (1) David Okute Oyoo and (2) Emma Wendy Zulu, both of P.O. Box 24- Awasi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joan Achieng Ogola, who died on 9th February, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
