By (1) Sarah Chepkirui Motwek and (2) Charles Cheruiyot Rono, both of P.O. Box 375, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimotwek Koe, who died at Kipwastuiyo, on 20th March, 1973.
