TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2025
By Josphat Kibet Kimulwo, of P.O. Box 145-20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimulwa Chebii, who died at Kiptomi, on 2nd August, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2026
By Kipkorir Kiptoo, of P.O. Box 101-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elima Jepkosgei Korir, who died at Ndana, on 23rd December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2026
By Alice Teriki Kipngok, of P.O. Box 698-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipngok arap Chelagat, who died at Rosoga, on 18th March, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By (1) Josphat Kimulwo Bundotich and (2) Robert Kibet Bundotich, both of P.O. Box 175-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keruge arap Bundotich, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd July, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
