TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2026
By Elizabeth Jemutai Ngimor, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tula Kisang, who died at Kapkochur, on 6th June, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2026
By Amos Toroitich Kibor, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tula Kibor, who died at AIC Kapsowar Mission, on 8th May, 2019
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026
By David Chemwar Kipchumba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Tula Kipchumba, who died at Kapsumai, on 21st January, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
