TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2025
By Bisieri Senema, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sinema Gisemba alias Gisemba Nyabera, who died at District Hospital, Gucha in Kenya, on 18th January, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By Jerita Bwari Marita, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zachary Marita Ongiro alias Maritia Ongiro, who died on 10th March, 1989.
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2026
By Toel Ayiera Nyambasa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyambaso Mong’eri alias Nyabaso Mongeri, who died at Misesi Sub-location, on 10th March, 1994.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
