TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2026
By Ephantus Mbugua Njuguna, of P.O. Box 13, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Faith Muthoni Njuguna, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 13th February, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2026
By Maxwell Francis Maina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Wairimu Mathoko alias Wairimu Mathuko, who died at Magumo-ini, on 19th May, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2026
By Morris Gitau Nyoike, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Wanjiru Mbuthia, who died at Kagumoini, on 8th June, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2026
By (1) Peter Kariuki Ndung’u and (2) Kabue Mbaka, both of P.O. Box 121-01029, Kenol in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiku Mbakaa alias Wanjiku Mbakaa, who died at Kabati Sub-location, on 27th November, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
