TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2025
By Dancun Wamenya Kimani, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wairimu Kimani alias Wairimu Kimani w/o Kimani, who died at Karundu Sub-location, on 28th September, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2025
By Dancun Wamenya Kimani, of P.O. Box 35, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Muraya alias Kimani s/o Muraya, who died at Karundu Sub-location in 1960.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By (1) Dickson Kamau Kariuki and (2) Jane Njoki Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 35-10103, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Wambugu Kariuki, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 26th April, 2023.

By Horida Wambui Maina, of P.O. Box 12964-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Maina Nyaga, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 25th February, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2026
By Anthony Gachahi Kinyua, of P.O. Box 36, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamu s/o Gichuki, who died at Muhtio, Gaturia, on 22nd August, 1960.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
