PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By (1) Alice Nyambura Kairu, (2) Livingstone Gitonga Muchungi and (3) Lilian Theru Muchungi, all of P.O. Box 55713-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janet Wanjira Muchungi alias Wanjira Muchungi, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2026
By (1) Livingstone Gitonga Muchungi, (2) Alice Nyambura Kairu and (3) Lilian Theru Muchungi, all of P.O. Box 55713-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Muchungi Gaita alias Muchungi Gichuki Gaita alias Muchungi s/o Gichuki alias Muchungi Gichuki, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 14th September, 1995.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
