IN THE PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT KILUNGU
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By (1) Daniel Kasimu Gibson, (2) Gideon Musila Gibson, (3) James Musyoki Gibson and (4) Joseph Mutuku Gibson, all of P.O. Box 361, Sultan Hamud in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rhodah Ndululu Seng’ete, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
