TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2026
By Benta Atieno Okuku, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Oktech Maabwa alias Okech Maambwa, who died on 11th October, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2026
By Jane Atieno Onyango, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Herzon Onyango Ocholla alias Herzon Onyango Ochola, who died on 3rd April, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2026
By Philip Oyoko Ogutu, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marcus Otieno Oyoko alias Otieno Oyoko, who died on 4th November, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
